Wicca is a modern, earth-based polytheistic religion. While the deities worshipped are often ancient in origin, there are some appreciable differences between ancient rites and those practiced today. Wiccans generally avoid harming others, either through basic good will, or as a result of fearing the Threefold Law: what goes around, comes around, then circles back twice to be sure.
Some take a smorgasbord approach in ritual, calling on whichever deities are appropriate to their purposes, while others are practically monotheistic or duotheistic, concentrating on building a relationship with one or more p/matron deities to whom the worshipper is dedicated for life and beyond. This varies widely, but no matter which approach the individual takes, she or he tends to be respectful of their deities and those of others.
To find out more, I do suggest a Google search. Witchvox.com is also a good place to start.

Wicca is an Earth-centered religion celebrating the cycles of the seasons and the fertility of the Earth. They revere nature, worship Divinity in the form of a God and a Goddess out of respect for the balance between male and female, and believe in the divine in all things and oneness with everyone and everything around them.

It is a Pagan religion. My daughter is Wiccan. It is a nature based religion. They don't harm anyone or anything. They are generally a really great bunch of people. They do not worship the devil. They worship Goddesses and Gods. A friend of the family is also Wiccan and they used to gather every couple of weeks to do rituals and collect food for the food pantries in Utah. Wiccans do what they can to help all people, not just other Wiccans or Pagans.
