do what they call planks
what you do is lay flat on the floor stomach down. and kinda go into push up position. but instead of extending your arms keep forarm and elbow flat on ground. push off the ground just a little like so your a flat tabletop. and hold for 30 seconds. then break then 25 break 20 break 15 break 10 break 5 each break should be about 10-15 seconds

well first off you'll need to go on a diet. Consume less than 1500 calories a day. Sleep Early! you will need to run for at least 1 hour in the morning but before running eat a banana and drink water. Then run 2 more times in the afternoon(one hour for each run is adequate)Next try doing sets of ab exercises every hour(situps, side crunches, captain's chair, reverse leg crunch etc.) Do this 6 days a week n u shud be able to lose most of ur fat

Besides the situps and crunches you can try exercising your abs all day long. Every time you can think about it, suck in your stomach all the way back to your spine and hold it as long as you can. If you do that several times a day you'll be training your ab muscles to tighten up.
Sit up and stand tall. Have good posture. Chin up, shoulders back, chest out, stomach sucked, buns tucked. Using all those muscles to do that all day long is exercise and will make you look and feel good too.'

crunches are good to build muscle in your stomach but you have to loose fat. try lower carbs and walking or running an hour a day. take whey protein no more than 32 gm a day

None, the only way to lose fat over the muscles you create is to eat right. Exercises just tone muscle or build muscle, the fat still remains. It's been a debunked myth for years.
