I'm not a teen, but maybe can help. I am the wife of a thin man who can eat like a horse, absolutely anything, and stay the same weight and sometimes lose weight. I cook for him, so I make sure to use good fats, lots of carbs, and protein. He doesn't particularly like sweets, so I can't often tempt him with that. But he does like cheesecake, cherry pie and some pastries, so I try to keep something around. He also likes nuts, which are high in calories. A good quality ice cream might help. You really should get a doctor to refer you to a nutritionist. It's no sense loading up on empty calories (don't stuff yourself with pop, chocolate, and chips), because you can get horribly unhealthy in a short time. It also could be that you just haven't hit a big growth spurt yet - you haven't mentioned how tall you are. Good luck! Don't worry, girls like "skinny" guys too - just make sure you have some muscle! And not from the gym, from hard work.

I really wish i had your problem because I could defiantly eat my way to the weight you probably want to be, LOL! But seriously you shouldn't just look for foods that are high in calories because their usually not good for you. You should go to G.N.C. and get some Weight Gainer, it has lots of good stuff in it . Also my dad had this problem when he was young and he ate a lot of peanut butter, you could try that, it has a lot of protein in it too. Good Luck!

Don't go drinking crap all the time. Look a lot of guys are skinny at your age. You should try and slowly put on muscle in the gym. You should be able to add about 1lb a week. That may not sound like much, but you have lots of years to live so, go have fun. Eat eggs not stupid shakes for protien BTW.

Some people are just like that. I have a 41 yr old sister-in-law that looks like that ... and her 6yr old daughter can borrow her SHORTS!..... on the other hand, my younger son was like that til he turned 13... then he started filling out... and NOW, (15) he's 210, and 6'1" .... your GENE makeup decides how you look and what size you are... you may have another "growth spurt" waiting for you... Don't start trying to Bulk up just yet, and talk to your Doctor first (not strangers) when you do ...

as long as you're eating healthy, and exercising regularly, there's no need to worry. alot of girls like tall skinny men! look at the NBA! maybe it's in your genes? you might just be a skinny guy. don't load up on sweets, you'll get a gut, that's not attractive!

Donuts! Extremely high calorie! That and deep fried Twinkies but, I doubt you want to have a heart attack.

But, if you want to gain weight just up your calorie intake and, don't exercise a lot.

You should try eating lots of meat. And potatoes. Also try eating lots of McDonald's, all the burgers have lots of calories.

IDK... but eating large meals would probably help. Like eat enough home cooked meals that would fill you up plenty. Then you'll see what a good meal is! It's delicious. Better yet, grow the food yourself! Yum... potatoes, green beans, corn, gravy, beef... and some cheery pie!
