Say like the person is born in a remote corner of earth and dies before anyone preaches to him about Jesus or any other religion?

An Inuit hunter asked the local missionary priest:

"If I did not know about God and sin, would I go to hell?"

"No," said the priest, "not if you did not know."

"Then why," asked the Inuit earnestly, "did you tell me?"

Catholics believe that we all have an infused knowledge of the difference between good and evil. This is called the Natural Law or Natural Moral Law. This covers things like murder, theft, lying, etc..that are taboo in every culture.

We also believe that if- through no fault of their own- someone has had no exposure to the salvific message of Jesus Christ, but that person DOES live according to the Natural Law, that by the mercy of God, he may gain Heaven.

After all, it is only through God's Mercy that ANY of us get to Heaven!.

God in His infinite mercy will take that into consideration. I believe that the person will go to heaven.
It is like a baby that dies.
Do you think that God is that callous that He would condemn a baby to Hell because He didn't hear about Jesus and except Him as savior?
What kind of God do you think He is?
However, if you have heard and turn away, that is a different story.
You see you will not have a cover story. You heard it and turned away. It plays out before your eyes, there is no denying it.

They go to heaven. It says in the bible, those who do not hear the word of Jesus goes to heaven. I am not sure where it is in the bible, hopefully someone with more knowledge of the Bible will be able to give the passages. Anybody-anywhere no matter what the ages, whoever can't understand or comprehend Jesus goes to heaven. The age of innocence depends about the person, not the age. I am so hoping someone will be able to help you more and have the passages for you, but God is not going to punish them for being innocent of his word. God bless us all..........

These bozos will claim they are doing their best to get "the good word" out to every corner of the world, and if you reject it, you will die every form of painful death after mutilations, and mutations, and what not. Don't even go to seek any sort of approval from these sheep for being a human being - stay away from this murderous crowd. As long as you are not an Abrahamic-god follower, you will be saved.

It's ok, just like if they never went to school Only those who have been given the information are tested on the information and are expected to pass the test.

Those who do not have access are given the test on what they do know, like whether to be caring and respectful to each other. Good people meet with God's approval

Can't happen. God tells us in Scripture he has written the knowledge and the truth on our hearts. Even the person who never "officially" heard is able to acknowledge or reject God. Since God knows the absolute truth of every person's mind and heart - God can judge with 100% perfect justice. Trust Him. God bless you for a question of great concern. ~Nisa

A Angel would take you by your hand to Heaven, where you would meet Jesus, and then you'll go to class where they would prepare you so you can withstand God's glory, if you don't learn it here, you'll learn it there. There's a lot of teaching and learning in Heaven, because God is merciful, and would guide you the right way if your willing to try, God don't want to see anyone go to hell, He's compassionate and merciful.

If they were a good person they go to heaven, doesn't matter if they didn't hear about Jesus. As long as they were good to other beings

perhaps jesus isn't the only way to get to heaven? saying that following jesus is the only way to be saved is putting god in an awfully small box.
