There' s no online resource to check for something like that. And since parking tickets are catagorized under license numbers, it won't be found under your name. You may have to wait until you receive a delinquent notice sent to the address indicated on the car's registration (Best if it also happens to be your own). If it goes unpaid, you most likely will have a small problem re-registering your car the next time around.
If you have any idea of the day and location, especially the location, that you could have received the ticket, try going back to the area and talk with the (one of many) parking control enforcers, explain your question, and ask if there's anyway they can help.
WAIT I have another idea. I forgot that parking checkers these days have electronic devices where they enter the license number and veh description into the handheld computer and it print out a citation. So the license number is probably researchable. Go to the parking control officers for the agency that issued the ticket - probably Hayward PD - bring your car license number with you, and see if they can check to see if that number was cited.

Did you get a notice on your windshield? If so, it should have a phone number on it. Call the number and find out. If you don't have a notice, then why do yo think you have a ticket?

I guarantee the local courthouse can find out in minutes (or seconds). The police probably can as well. If you could find out online, The ACLU would be suing someone for 'privacy violations'.
