life expectancy for a person WITH HPV or life expectancy of the virus in a person? HPV is not a terminal illness, it is only a virus that can cause genital warts in some cases and cervical cancer in others. Not everyone (in fact, not most people) who gets HPV, gets cervical cancer from it. Some women get the virus and then clear it on their own. For others, their body does not clear it and they harbor the virus for a very long time. It is VERY important that women with HPV do not smoke, as it causes an increase in your risk for getting cervical cancer. If you have more questions about it, you should ask your gynecologist.

HPV is a virus. It depends what you have from the HPV virus. A bunch of women have HPV and nothing happens; then other women develop ovarian cancer. Ovarian cancer is highly curable, if caught at an early stage.
You didn't give any details, so I cannot really elaborate.
