A bit light. A 5'5" female should be around 125. But don't stress about it - at 13 things are in flux a lot - you can suddenly grow taller and need time for your weight to catch up or start gaining weight and then suddenly shoot up in height.

108 lbs sounds very much like a healthy weight for that height, although a little more or less could also be normal as height will vary according to a person's build, frame, etc.

At hospitals, women that start at 5 feet should weight 100lbs, adding 5 more pounds to every inch. So i would say around 125lbs for you.
Although a guy gets 7lbs per inch.
Your fine, as you grow older though, people tend to add more pounds, plus your still growing.

it depends i am 5'5 and i weigh 130 and according to the charts i am on the low side the target weight for 5'5 is 137 and high is 148

it doesn't matter as long as you are HEALTHY!!!!! What looks right on one person who is 5'5" will look different on the next person due to where we carry our weight. You can also be very strong and weight more but be healthier at the same time. The scale is not that important!
