By not leaving food out for him to eat all day and night. If you really love him you would not overfeed him. I agree with another, feed him more vegetables, they can be cooked. I feed mine on organic chicken mince to that I will add such foods as, lettuce, grated or cooked carrot, brussel sprouts, beans, peas, onion, garlic, cheese, brown rice, raw egg yolk. I will add a capsule of fish oil to the food every now and then, for glossy coats.

Well you need to take your cat to the vet so she can give you a diet plan to put your cat on and so they can tell you if you cat really needs to go on a diet!!

it is better to put animal in starvation (a bit) then over feed them

they can find their own food (supposedly_)...

aligator have a nap in sunshine to help them digest their food, maybe cat too......
play,,,,, or just give them a friend to play with

If u think ur cat is becoming overweight, please take him/her to the doctor. I am sure the doctor will suggest a plan, brand of food, and frequency that you can follow.

lipo suction. plastic surgery. just kidding. take it to your local vet. or go to walmart and but special diet food. it will be expensive. but it will help.
