I think they will stop as soon as there army becomes more techonolgy advance. In WWII we had japanese bombers who would do the same. Now with limited weapons and fire power the best way to defeat an enemy is though fear and these bombers are just doing that.
Now if you give them sleath bombers, laser guided bomb, some state of the art tanks etc etc maybe the odd nuclear weapon like what the USA does to Israel then maybe
a) Israel will quickly come to a peace with them.
b) They can have there bloody war and bash each others miliery (sp) targets without the need for for inosent humans dying.
