take vitamins and eat a healthy diet, and just know that if your hair is curly it takes forever to get length because curly hair grows in a corkscrew fashion, where straight hair grows straight. All hair grows about a quarter of an inch per month.

Take vitamin E, or a multivitamin with 100% daily value of E in it. This will also help your nails grow faster.

When I had surgery six years ago, they had to shave the right side of my head. So a friend's mom bought me a bag of spinach and told me that they'd help my hair grow back.
To this day, I'm not sure how effective it was. But you could always try eating spinach. :)

Get some jojoba oil, it washes clean and the native american people used/use it to strengthen hair shafts, make healthy and shiny hair, and to stimulate hair follicles. It really works, just rub small amounts into fingertips and work into scalp at the base of the hair. Your hair will love it, I sure do and this is guaranteed by me!!!

sorry hun, but nothing at all. hair growth is dictated by your own body genes, and nothing can change that. there are some people who think that cutting it helps - load of rubbish. all that does is get rid of split ends and make it look thicker and healthier, but does nothing to make it grow. i'm afraid patience is the answer - or just get to like it the way it is!

eat healthy, drink lots of water, get fresh air.
hair grows at a rate of about 1/4 to 1/2 inch per month - pretty slow - so be patient.

u can stop putting a lot, or if u can, no heat on ur hair. this includeds curling irons , flattening iron...etc. and if u can, stop using all sorts of chemicals on it....mousse, gel, hairspray.....it may take a while to grow, but at least ur hair will be healthy. if u want so good shampoo/conditioners...use Pantene Pro v or Dove.

hair needs nutrients to grow. eat lots of vegetables and fruits. you take care of your inner appearance the same as your outer appearance. if you smoke, quit. smoking not only hurts your lungs, but it yellows your teeth and fingernails and may stunt your growth on your hair. Your hair will always smell like smoke no matter how many times you wash it. If you always eat fattening foods and no foods with vitamins, your hair will not benefit from them. be sure to take your herbs and vitamin supplements. and eat lots of protein.

I take a calcium supplement in addition to getting calcium through foods in my diet. My hair grows fast and is healthy and shiny. Make sure that you are getting enough calcium and water in your diet. Good luck!
