No not really, but being overtired/exhausted can increase your sensation of palpitations (the feeling that your heart is racing and that you can feel it beating).

I actually think it might. I know there have been times when I've been very tired and it felt like my heart was beating faster than usual. Being tired is a stress on the body and any stress on the body can cause your heart-rate to speed up. Go take a nap, and make sure you are getting enough sleep at night, even though it sucks going to bed early.

You have to understand what I aired means to your body, when you are tired, your entire body suffers, if you have any underlying calls for any medical condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, only then, everything surface to the top, meaning you will blood pressure will go up, your vision might slow, your immune system will not work correctly meaning, you'll be only susceptible to viral and bacterial infection, actually your heart beat slower because it's on their a lot of stress depends on your age you might be at the risk both having a heart attack
