That is called anisocoria and might be a problem. Mild anisocoria is "normal" in about 10% of people. I don't know the stats for cats but here is a website about them.

Go to the vet. Different pupil sizes in any animal is a sign of a big problem, including strokes and brain damage.

My cat has the same problem. I've noticed it twice. The vet ruled out any neurological problems. Still don't know why it does that.

Sometimes this is indicative of a stroke. You should take it to the vet asap.

no, usually that is a sign of something neurological. I'd consult your veternarian.
