Okay babe, the best thing is to be subtle. Call him up and invite him to a movie. This works best if you've hung out before. Something like, "Hey, I had a really good time with you the other night. We should go check out that new Will Farrell movie sometime."

omgsh haha you HAVE to throw a party && then invite him & his friends. if he comes, you know he's interested, & then you can make a move before or after the party. =]
just be all like "I'm really glad you came & i had fun. Wanna do it again some time?"
