I see here on Yahoo Answers that many people get a kick out of bashing illegal immigrants and Hispanics. How can people be so cruel and racist? Seems many people are blind with bigotry and hate.

Fist off I am Hispanic, but not a immigrant. I’m Puerto Rican. All Puerto Ricans are US citizens and don't get us confused. Don’t know how it is to be an immigrant, but I do know that they are also people. Yes keep out borders secure. And I understand the Law needs to be enforced. The topic of this Question is discrimination against these people. They are still human. Not animals

I'm going to actually answer your question. Look man screw all these DUMB @ss that are showing there true colors by justifying their racisms with upholding the law.. That what they say to justify it when they talk about illegals, but it’s a different story if they break the law. You see many Americans don’t know life outside this country. I’m sorry to say this but it’s true. They hate what they fear and do not know. They now realize that Hispanics are now the largest minority in this country and they fear that. So their solution is to hate on these people. There are a few one who are honest and welcome immigrants but just want the borders secure. But the rest of them who say that are full if S!IT. Come on and look at these redneck confederate shotgun wheeling Budweiser drinking people. Don’t you think they ruin the image of Americans? Because trust me they do. That’s what other people think when they think of an American. So they do the same thing to Hispanics. Look man give it some time. Yes this country is going to secure the border and the amount of illegals will decrease. But all the ones who already here are going to have babies and they will grow up as Americans. So when you start to see more Hispanics in our government running things. Imagine when all these red necks realize that there is no getting rid of Latinos. They will have no choice but to accept them as fellow Americans. And remember they are also Americans. America consists of North, South, and Central America. Not just the USA

It's not about Hispanics or Immigrants. It's about illegal immigrants (though Hispanics do make up the majority of that, which is probably why they get the most heat about it). While some are being racist, not all are. And besides, being Puerto Rican is like sitting on the fence isn't it? Citizenship without federal taxes? A territory not a state? Every couple of years, Puerto Rico votes on whether or not to become independant (nothing offical, just opinion on the topic). Always staying with the status quo, but with more and more declaring a desire for independance......... So while your Island decides whether it wants to be a part of the States or not, you also want to have an opinion on whether we're just letting people in willy-nilly? Fine, but just remember, if America collapses under the pressure....... you don't have the choice of whether you're on your own or not, you just are.

Turn about is fair play. Tell me it wasn't hatred and bigotry that caused two Hispanic kids to smash out my Jeep's windows because I had an American flag on it. Don't tell me it wasn't them i was in the Jeep when they did it, and they were cursing at me the entire time.

It also might help that when they are protesting, they should wave the American Flag not the Mexican Flag. If they are so happy to be here and not there, and want to stay, then stop waving the Mexican one in our faces.

For the record, I am not racist. If you are Hispanic and want to come to America and make a better life for yourself, welcome. But there are those who come over illegally and have no intention of ever becoming legal, never pay into the system yet somehow are able to get Welfare, WIC, and other programs when those of us who bust our buns off make fifty cents more than the maxim allowed and are denied, don't bother to even try to learn English, then they claim 'Oh Racism! I being treated unfairly!' to get what ever else they want. If that is not you, then I have no problem with you. Also it is not like I walk up and down the street with a shot gun targeting anyone.

This a place where everyone is allowed to express their opinion, so if you don't like what you read, GO AWAY!

Enforcing lawful migration can't be defined as social discrimination nor racial prejudice. Hispanics who constitute a large part of illegal immigrants are being marginalized only, along with other illegal aliens because they simply ignore our immigration rules, which in itself is racism because they think they are far too superior to abide by it.

Where is your satisfaction of being ignorant or just being plain stupid?

Well, is it really so wrong and evil to enforce the law? That's the entire opposite. I'm sorry if your fellow illegal Hispanics gave the whole Hispanic race a bad rep, but most illegals are Hispanic. And I don't support racist anti-illegals; they disgust me. I support patriotic anti-illegals who want to help our country and everyone in it.

Watch blue eyed/brown eyed the position the instructor did the study with all white childrens and pitted them adversarial to at least one yet another for a pair days. childrens who were before associates and so on... were placed in diff. communities, the blue eyed team and the brown eyed. Then the instructor allowed the blue eyed childrens to be more desirable for an afternoon and function particular priveledges even as they degraded the brown eyed childrens. They did the same ingredient the subsequent day yet in opposite so the brown eyed childrens were dealt with more effective particular.It did not take lengthy for those childrens to start up treating one yet another badly and calling one yet another names even inspite of the undeniable fact that they were given alongside b4....It grow to be a study to instruct each and each of the white childrens in the kind that it really is how racism feels to bp bc in the previous those childrens referred to as bp all kinds of slurs.an rather good lesson. it would want to happen. the opt to be more desirable in a unmarried way or yet another is ingrained in each individual.
