Nothing you do in a week will make you look all cut up...
But if you want some slightly noticable results, do some push ups and sit-ups everyday... also, and its sounds kind of strange, when you're just sitting around, flex your muscles, not just your biceps, but your pecs and abs, see if you can roll your stomach, practice in front of a mirror. It will cause your body to increase blood flow to that area, and make your muscles look more swollen.

i easily have a exceedingly dark tan... horiable tan lines yet a gloomy tan each and each of a similar on my legs and hands and a noticable tan on in basic terms bout each and every the place else yet i dont tan very quickly i in basic terms stay tan via being exterior alot. so how would desire to u get tan... pass out and fish, rather the water acts as a sturdy reflector of the sunlight and u get a staggering tan at the same time as gettin in some very own time.

Easy and can be done, IF you are already somewhat slender. Reduce your carb intake to next to nothing. NO bread, crackers, cereal, NO SUGAR. Only drink water or unsweetened tea. You CAN do it! I KNOW this because I do it when I want to get a little more defined, it can be done in a week or less.

No hope in heck of this one, fella! It takes a minimum of 6 weeks of hard workouts for muscle definition to become truly noticeable.

a week is way too short. but try starving yourself while doing 1000 crunches and 200 push ups a day.
