Thanks.

Sit up straight. Spend time up against sturdy things, like lying down on the floor, or keeping your back up against the wall. No slouching. Sorry that you have that though :( Hope my tips help.

I know a man who could help you unbelievably!! He helped me...He was a new york school of dance ballet instructor, and a grandmaster in karate among other things......he also taught body control and helped people with unbelievable body problems. He taught body control for dressage too with huge honors given...believe me.... any way... Since i cant really explain what he did for me through a letter i would say see a dance teacher or karate teacher and ask them about posture and listen. Alot of the problem lies with the atrophy of our abdominal muscles. Without sounding harsh, stand up straight every time you find yourself slouching.....it takes some getting used to but thats all i can say here

You could try some pilates. Some moves can improve the elasticity in your back. You can look up some stuff online or buy some cheap dvds. Windsor Pilates is being sold for $9.95, I believe. You can check to see if I'm wrong.
