The "correct" answer is "nothing".
It can be argued that this answer is not correct at all.
First of all, an atheist does not believe in "God", therefore everything is greater than God. Such atheist would not believe in the devil, so the same goes for that part.
"The Rich need me" - a person can be "rich" in several ways, every person being fully rich in uniqueness, for example.
Taking for granted that you are referring to financially rich people: a "rich" person in that sense could have, for example, no social contacts - they would not need nothing.
"The Poor have me" - same goes for this as for "The Rich need me".
