There is no nutrition in coffee what so ever,,, Your question is one of those things you just have to think about though.....

Actually though, I was watching one of those x-weighted shows on the life network and they mentioned that your body doesnt digest caffeine whatsoever!! Your body just disposes of it. HMMM....They also showed how many cups of coffee would be equal to a High energy drink similar to Red Bull and there were 9 white styrofoam cups per can !!!

well for starters there is not vitamin C, A, B or E there are no proteins in it and there are no calcium and there are no sugars, no iron, no well there is no nutrient value to coffee
