well from one point it means iti s a lose-lose situation...Can;t really do anything to it....
From another point is that your penis is not so small that it is still tight, but it is so small that it feels lose....

Well they mean that is the female private organs tight, as in tight around the male penis or loose as in when you attempt to put it in, you fall into a bottomless pit.

I beleive they are referring to the inside of the vaginal cavity. Supposedly, a female who is more sexually active will have a looser vaginal cavity.
