You have to change up and hit a different areas at different angles. If you just keep pouding in over and over they become bored and desensitized. Use short stokes where you barely penetrate for a while. Then start taking deep thrusts. Then stay deep for a while (meaning do not pull back much). Also, going in for a closer look to start does not hurt either. Its a very good way to prime the pump. (no pun intended)

Concentrate on your technique. You will do better there the spending your time getting a bigger buldge. You pretty much got what you got. There are claims, but if there was a sure fire way, every man would be using it.
