My sister was going out w/ this guy & he had sex w/ her she tried telling him no, she tried acting like she was sleeping & she tried pushing him away but this guy was a "fat" guy so he kept going anyways. She cried & sometimes bawled cause it hurt she says "sometimes he was rough". She doesn't want anyone to know because she wasn't supposed to be having sex, but technichally she wasn't she was being raped. She doesn't want him to get in trouble because he thinks he loved her. But like I told her if he loved her he wouldn't have forced her to do something she didn't want to do. I never liked this guy I thought he was too controling.

You would have to find out what your state's statute of limitations is on rape. However, it will be very difficult to prove a rape case at this later date, unfortunately.

It looks like the statute of limitations also varies by the type of rape. A case like this may have a limitation of as little as 5 years. I've linked to a chart, but I don't know how up to date it is, but it can at least be a guideline for you. I'll post more as I find out more information.

think he loves her......
Your sister sounds like a rape victim.. how old is she..
tell your mom, someone from your school, someone from church, tell your aunts! Just tell....
He forced himself on her this time, next time, it could be worse..

No One Would Tell is a 1996 movie - stars: Noel Nosseck, Candace Cameron Bure, Fred Savage. It's not about rape, but it is about: 16-year old Stacy is asked out by hunk Bobby, and soon they're a couple. But Bobby is psychologically unstable and uses violence whenever Stacy does something out of line. Soon he controls what she does, who she meets and how she dresses. It's puppy love turned into a disaster.

He kills her...

Depends on the statute of limitations in your state. The shortest one I think is 5 years. Longest 10 years.

It needs to be reported immediately so that the evidence will still be on the body to get a conviction. It's hard to prove a rape when there is no physical evidence. It's a "he said she said" thing after that.

Baby boo, it sounds to me that your sister was raped. Call the police asap. When did this take place and how long ago was it? Make sure that she keeps up with the case and please make sure you go with her, just so she can have someone to go thru this horrible thing by herself. Don't let her let this guy get away with this act, if he did it to her, he will do it to someone else..
