I have a limit buget of like $10-$13 bucks and i need a hair cut . I want side swept bangs. O and i live in Chicago Suburbs.

try cosmetology schools they give great discounts, or Super Cuts, something like that, but cosmetology schools first.

13 bucks is sort of cheap. I go to a decent salon, and it costs about twenty just for a simple cut; plus, I always tip my stylist 50%. You don't want someone who has control over you're hair not liking you. So, about 30 bucks is a more realistic figure, if you want to go to a good salon. As for that, just ask around. You'll find a good one that way.

defiitely check out a local beauty school. I went once and it seems a little sketchy, but the girl I went to ended up getting a job at a super fancy Beverly Hills salon. I liked her a lot and wanted to go back to her but now she charges $100+. And she cut my hair at the school for $9.
