If he really loves you, he would accept your present, future, and past, and not dump you for what you did. Unless you did something really terrible.... Everyone has their boudaries and standards. It might be just too much for him. If that's the case, then you gotta accept it and move on. I know it's hard to move on when you still have feelings, but hey, that's life. You gotta learn to be stronger and live for yourself.

first of all you need to tell your friensd dude to sta out of your business, then you need to sit ol boy down and tell him if you were a real man you wouldnt listen to what others have to say without even asking me or confronting me about it. why listen to others about anything with out getting proof. and why listen at all the other dude probably jealous of your ex anyway and dont want him to see with you. probably has an inner foundness to you, a secret desire sad to say, cause he should not have had any conversation on you. if he really loved you though he wouldnt care what one says. if you did nothing you dont need to worry about what he said just be your self andpray for the best. if he dont come back move on. we live, we love, and we learn, sometimes we lose, but we grow from that pain.

find out from your best friend what was said so that you know what upset him but sometimes its just best to move on even if you dont know what the cause of the break up was. it may be something he has going on in his life and it may not have anything to really do with you at all
