I've had several lifestyle changes leading to gaining 30 pounds. I've been working out regularly and changed my diet but really haven't seen much difference. I was looking for something for a kind of jump start. I bought it but I haven't cracked the seal yet so I can still take it back.

If you did, with solid exercise and eating plan, did it help? I remember back when the "fat burning" supplements use ephedrine (or mahuang extract), and the side effects were horrible. Are the side effects the same?

To tell you the truth, it all depends on your exercise and your diet. If you work out at least 30 minutes 6 times a week, and consume less than what you burn, you will totally lose double the weight with Hydroxycut Hardcore. I tried it and lost 37 lbs in 2 months; but I ate a healthy amount of 1200 calories a day, and exercised 60 minutes a day (30 min cardio., and 30 min. strength training.) Hydroxycut Hardcore also makes you get intense abs if you work out a ton.

It's true that nothing can replace a sensible diet and regular exercise for staying in shape. But there are times when diet and exercise don’t seem to be helping. Lack of energy or a sluggish metabolism can be good reasons for using an Ephedra based thermogenic product. Whether you want to quick start your program or just speed it up, this may be the way to go. Herbalean will help you succeed where others have failed. I'd recommend doing it without the helps of these kind of things myself. Most of these things are gimmicks and don't really do much for you. If you eat well and exercise you'll lose weight. Your workouts for weight loss should be this: Cardio starting at 30 minutes, working up to an hour 5-6 days a week. After a week or two start to add weight training into your routine. If you're doing less cardio than this you need to bump it up.
In order to lose weight it takes focus and determination, go for it girl, take the jar back!

I have used this before and am currently using it. You absolutely have to eat something within 30 minutes of taking it or you'll get the jitters. Also, ease yourself into taking it. Start off taking only 1 pill at the recommended doses and then slowly up the dosage as prescribed. They work great and you'll sweat like crazy. Good luck losing the weight.

My husband used it, he lost probably 4 lbs while he was on it, but he had also just started working out, so that could have done it. Just keep working hard at it, it takes a while for the weight to drop off, just be patient. You don't need to pay $40 for a bottle of pills, just keep up the hard work yourself and YOU take the credit for it. You can say "I did it all on my own" instead of "I took some pills"

Be careful. I had to stop taking it. It was hurting my liver.
