If you have Windows XP on your computer, you already have the program - Movie Maker. Start > All Programs > Accessories > Movie Maker.
Import the clip into the program
Drag it to the timeline at the bottom
Use the cut option to split the video in half
Save each half as a new file

download firefox and then go to the main firefox page look for plug ins somewhere in there there is a program to get download videos of of places like you tube

I would get LimeWire- you can download everything with it...music, videos, programs, etc. Its great!
