what food can i eat that will give me a boost in energy? how long after i eat it will I feel enegrized?

what time of the day is best to take vitamns

also, if i'm tired & take a 20 min nap, will i have more enegry or will i confues the body cuz the body think it's time for bed?

Vitamins should be taken at the same time every day, and I find them to be most beneficial around mid morning.

As to the nap question, I find that a quick 20 minute nap when you are feeling really groggy is an awesome pick me up, but you just have to know your own body. If after 20 minutes you cant get up or just want to do a 10 hour sleep that night, maybe your body just needs more each night. I have a friend who survives off 4-5 hours a night and she always has more energy than anyone I know, but personally, I need to have at least a minimum of 6 1/2 to 7 hours or I'm grumpy you know? If you take a 20 minute nap, that's perfect... but any longer than that and you'll end up feeling groggy when you get up.

If you want something to give you a pick-me up, try coffee. You'll feel the effects within 20 minutes, the boost will last for hours, and the coffee will increase your RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) which will increase how many calories your body burns when resting. Another good source of energy is protien, try sliced apples with a tablespoon of peanut butter, or string cheese. Stay hydrated... and that will also give you more energy. Read the labels on your vitamins, but most say to take them with food... I take mine with my breakfast, and it ensures I drink enough water cause I drink more to get all those things down. I take a multi vitamin, green tea extract and an Omega 3 fat suppletment... I feel great for hours after I take them !!

well you can eat orange, they give you good energy, also try drniking red bull or monster energy drink, they give so much energy it is not even funny!!!!!!!!!!!
