Yes, I believe Splenda can replace sugar in all recipes.

No way, Splenda is not sugar, is so far removed from sugar I don't know why they classify is as such. Splenda has 'aspartame' in it, which is a highly toxic substance which, by the way killed one of my domestic mice within 12hours of the mouse injesting a very small amount.

I don't think so.... sugar spurs the fermentation process, I don't think that Splenda has the right chemical make-up required for this process

No, dlmrgnk is correct. Plus grapes already have sugar content. And your body processes alcohol as a sugar, so you're really not making any gains.
