I got them when I had my daughter..they were more painful than the wound where I had my episiotomy.It pretty much looks like a big bump coming out of your anus..they are usually caused by pushing too hard(because of constipation or childbirth).Here's more info:http://www.vitamin-supplement-reference.com/hemmroids.html

Looks like bumps coming out of you know what, but not just pimple bumps, its just the inside of your rectum from maybe pushing to hard, and they hurt when you sit, move anything, best thing to relieve them is to clean with witch hazel and buy some suppositories and push them back up your you know what.

A bump on your backside's opening. HURTS like he!!
Use some Preparation H, use baby wipes or Tucks to clean, witch hazel sometimes helps, and try to lay on your stomach (helps alleviate pain).
