I am wanting to roast some red bell peppers and am not set up to can them, nor do I really want to use my freezer space for them.
So do you think I can roast them and then dehydrate them for storage?

here's the better way to do it =
roast them, peel the skins.
then put them in a jar with olive oil. keep in fridge. They will be marvelous, no matter what you do with them. ENJOY!!!

You actually can. Then once they're totally dehydrated, you may placed them in a espresso grinder and pulverize them. you've gotten abode-made paprika as a effect. more effective efficient than save-offered.

I don't see why you couldn't do this I have seen and bought dried peppers before. I may have to try this innovative idea when the peppers finish growing. Now that I think about it, Thanks for the idea, I have smoke peppers before too.

Yes, but this really won't work unless you use an electric dehydrater.
