The first step is to get counseling! You should have done this before the situation got this severe. Please see a psychiatrist asap. You need more help than what can be given through advice. It sounds like your stress has reached the point where you might be having anxiety attacks as well as depression. Please seek help immediately so you can begin to take control of your life once again.

We all need to take a reality check now & then. Being on the internet can be so addictive that we forget it isn't real???
Facing up to the real events in our lives that are scary or that cause stress.... that's part of being an adult. Are you an adult?
If so, then you must make yourself change those reclusive habits. Start with small things like making phone calls, and work up to the things that cause the most stress. Start by creating some habits that break away from your usual routine. Take a short walk around the block, or around the house, or up & down the stairs, at the same time each day... do exercises that will make you have an appetite again... find a new food that makes you want to eat (like flavored yogurt, ice cream, something yummy).
If you are not an adult, then you need to talk to your parents about this. Do not let yourself get lost in this depression. Get help if you can't do it on your own.

First try to find someone that you trust...a parent, a friend, a teacher, or anyone else.
To get your life under control, try making a list of what's wrong. You're far too stressed out; if you make a list, you may be able to see what's bothering you. It may not look so bad once it's on paper.
You mentioned something important and scary in your life. Figure out how you will deal with it to make it the best situation possible. Think about how you can use it to your advantage.

First of all you will need to take care of yourself before you can face anything. You need to get some rest, and eat some good meals. If you aren't healthy you won't be able to face things in a healthy way. When you aren't at your best, your reactions aren't normal and you will have the tendency to over react.
Have some nice meals and get some rest.

Obviously, you are correct that you are super stressed out. You can't even type things that makes sense (not to be rude or anything) I am not going to ask you for your age, but if you are a teenager or about to become one, it is normal to be stressed out. That's what horomones do to you. If problems continue, it would be best to go for professional help or to see a doctor about your eating problems. If you are an adult, I don't know about your lifestyle, but this really sounds like that you need to go for serious help about your eating problems and your stress problems. DO NOT hide this, this is very serious.

Well, do whatever you have to do without thinking much about it, and stop avoiding it. Just think..If it's difficult, do it as soon as you can, so you're done with it. AND ( for me at least) When you're done, you realise, it wasn't so hard and you feel stupid for having avoided it so much.
But it depends on what you're thinking of doing, as long as its not something that would put your life ( or someone else) at risk
