I just started school this past Monday.I am a sophmore 14 years old in highschool.School is so stressful already.heh.My classes are english honors 2,spanish 4,advanced algebra,chem honors,aerobics,and world history.Lately,I haven't been eating that much.I'm so busy with homework all the time now.I eat about 2 mints the whole day and then a little bite of whatever there is for dinner everyday for the past 4 days.I'm just always busy with some sort of homework now.is this bad for me,to be eating like this? I don't know what to do,suddenly I'm not even that hungry anymore.my body is like used to it already.I can go like 24 hours a day without eating now.idk it's so weird.and I get exhausted from aerobics everyday.so I drink a lot of water still.I guess that's good.

You are an intelligent person as indicated by the courses you are tasking. I hope you have set goals for yourself because school is a means to an end (goal) not an end in itself. Because you are so bright, you know that your eating pattern is not good for you. In this life we find the time for those things that are important to us. Your homework is indeed important, but so is your health. Without it, your studies will be meaningless because you will be too sick to keep up. So, what do you do? You eat a good breakfast, and at school, you eat a healthful lunch either brought from home or purchased there. Set time aside for having supper with your family and enjoy them and the meal as well. The nourishment will help you concentrate better and will help you do better in school. Try it!!

i know what ur going through i am in honors classes plus i have soccer practice everyday after school...so im pretty much have H.W. every day...if u cant find time to eat and all this stress is making u lose ur appetite i suggest u drop some classes. im telling u its not worth succeeding in ur classes with out being healthy. water wont be enough for u to keep on going with ur daily routine soon ur gonna be burnt out and not want to do anything.... u have to find a way to balance ur life between school and free time

You should definitly eat more. If your studying so much, then just eat while you study. Or make a routine, then you will get used to eating again. And if your body is used to it than don't eat a lot all at once. Your body needs food for energy, so make sure you have enough. Well hope you feel better. :-D

well i might not kno much since im an 8th grader but i think it is bad. you should get to eat at least breakfast and lunch because if you dont eat much you dont have as much energy. i think after you do your homework, you should get the time to eat and rest. i hope i helped even a little bit.
