A fugitive warrent would be written for them and they would be immediately arrested, then extradited, then jailed, the moment they were next pulled over. Occassionally, skip traces are run on random fugitives and the local cops sent to their new address to arrest them (it is very difficult to not be caught this way).
Note that you could expect to never be given probation again and any sentencing would be done to the maximum to make an example out of you.

It depends on if you have persmission to leave the State you are on probation in. If not, a warrant would be issued and you would be arrested at some point.
