I am in the same boat. I had a baby 5 months ago. I am almost to pre-pregnancy weight which is not where I wanna be, cause I had gained weight previous to that but. I think the only way to do it without gaining it back is the old fashioned way. Drink LOTS & LOTS of water, eat in moderation and do some sort of exercise a few time a weeks. I wish there was a way to make it go away fast but there isn't. Starving yourself or throwing up are not ways to do it. And you just end up looking nasty and making yourself feel horrible. It just takes time. They say that generally it takes about the same time to lose it as it did to gain. So atleast 9 months to a year. But you can't just sit on your @$$ all day and do nothing. I find it hard to do anything cause of my work schedule and having 2 girls under 2. Well good luck. If you need any support you can email me.

It's true that nothing can replace a sensible diet and regular exercise for staying in shape. But there are times when diet and exercise don’t seem to be helping. Lack of energy or a sluggish metabolism can be good reasons for using an Ephedra based thermogenic product. Whether you want to quick start your program or just speed it up, this may be the way to go. Herbalean will help you succeed where others have failed. We're so sure you'll be satisfied we Guarantee all our products 100%. You have nothing to lose but the weight.

It's true that the faster you lose the weight, the more susceptible you are to gaining it back. That happened to me.
First I MUST tell you about Cindy Crawford's new mom's workout called "A New Dimension" (inexpensive on Amazom.com). It really is amazing! It's low impact but touches on all the muscle groups and puts you back in touch with your body. And it has modifications for c-section moms. (Althouhg I don't recommend doing the low lunges unless you were in good shape pre-pregnancy.) There are three workouts so you can tailor it, and they're only about 10-20 minutes. I lost 20 pounds using it faithfully (not immediately, but I kept it off).
Cardio also helps. After using the Cindy tape for a little while I started using an elliptical machine at least 3 or 4 times a week, and it worked wonders for me. (And I had gained 77 lbs during my first pregnancy!) I find a lot of people (myself included) get pains in their shins from using treadmills. The elliptical machine didn't cause any pain at all. Overstock.com has a teriffic deal on a really quiet one and they have a coupon code at couponcreep.com for $20.00 off (plus Overstock has $1 shipping).
I also suggest sleeping when the baby does, if he or she isn't sleeping through the night yet. You won't lose weight if you're sleep-deprived.
Lastly, I found that keeping healthy food choices that are ready-to-eat in the fridge at all times helps so much. How many of us would prefer to reach for the bag of cheeto's instead of stopping to wash and cut up fruit & veggies a few times a day? Like we have time to go to the bathroom and take a shower, never mind cut up snacks! :)
Lots of luck and congratulations! :)

The trick is not to lose it fast. Rapid weight loss will boomerang, and make it easier to gain. I had an emergency C section with my son. I went shopping for very billowy clothing afterward, because I couldn't imagine that I would ever be the size or shape I was before pregnancy. I've always found "dieting" and calorie counting to be counter-productive, it just makes me crave those things I shouldn't have. I returned to my usual, varied and reasonably healthy eating habits and took advantage of opportunities to be active (like walking to the corner store instead of driving, and chasing an active toddler) and was back in shape with no extreme effort within a few months.

Hi
This programme helped me loose weight after childbirth so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Good luck

I had a baby in February and started the Sonoma diet in April. I now weigh less than I did before getting pregnant with my most recent baby although I'm still about 5 pounds heavier than before my first pregnancy. I'm still nursing, though, so I don't think I should push it any further yet.

HYPNOTHERAPIST depending on where ur from.. MR R.S.(steve) SHAW certified, Registered Practitioner <<----------- this guy is my hero with quiting smoking after smoking for 7 yrs & after trying everything!!! this worked.. he also specialises in (((( weight loss))))
depression
eating disorders
all emotional problems
and dont go to any group session of hypnotherapy or the c'd's or tapes... there crap. you really need to have them do it in person it's so.. much more effective i think. my friend has tryed the weight loss through same man as i recomended him and she has lost 2 kilo's ..im making my appointment next week for weight loss:-D its $150 a one off payment and u have two visits for this.. all of them are $150 one off. thats all it cost me to be a non smoker for 7 months now and im stoked as. you have to be ready. and there not at all scary. i just recomend if u live elsewhere to do alot of research into the person whom ur going to see.. like alot of places some are better than others.. but dont give up this will work!

Join the club, I just had mine 6 months ago and believe me if there was an easy solution I would have done it. Just be patient diet and exercise and mainly focus on your baby the weight will come off.
