Okay, I'm going to go a different direction with this since I believe that at some point we all need a special prayer from either a stranger or a friend. I'm going to assume that you want to know if there is a special prayer for Christians.
Prayer is speaking to God on a one to one basis. It's not a set of written words handed down by some mediator (minister, pastor, priest, rabbi). Just as you would speak to a friend you can speak to God. It doesn't get any more special than that.
Maybe I'm way off the path on this one but thought I'd put my two cents worth in anyway.

I just found out I'm pregnant! :)
Also, my husband's business needs stability. Business is good, but we need a line of credit (or a big magical wad of cash) to stabilize the short-term. God has been providing faithfully, but pray that He finds us trustworthy in all things.

Yes. I went for blood work and the doctor can't find anything, but I'm always tired and sick. I 'm going for a sleep study on Sept. 6th. Pray I will be alright. Thank you .
