Mankind. God gave us free will and the people running those poverty stricken countries had the option of making those places great nations but instead didn't.

God is blameless without question. this I think this is explained by one of the commandments is it not? as well as in the bible and texts from other religions?

It is about survival of the fitest. it has always been about power and intelligence (and now of course money). If you've got money you've got power and with a bit of inteligence one can learn to control these factors to benefit one self. However in some very rare cases a poor yet very intelligent person may find a a way of using this inteligence to make money and of course the richer you get the more powerful you get and then the cycle repeats by wether the person can use their intelligence to survive in thier position or not. One way to do this is to not let other become inteligent as this might let them become a threat.

Then there is a question of the democratic world. Really though how democratic are we? way more than many countries but not totaly like we are made to think.

Places like in African countries I see many rich polititions with promises as big as their bank balance but its a different story when it comes to delivering the promise. (Can you somehow see how these examples are linked to what I described abve?)

We make our own lives, we try to survie in a competive world. There are however some restrictions placed on us by the rich and powerful which make are lives predetermined. Again this creates the social divide they need to survive until one has worked out for themselves how they can break through the barrier.

I am a Hindu and have thought about Karma. The western world seem to have hi-jacked this thought and changed it to mean a predetermined life like you have no control and you are born into it. I think of Karma as being predetermined based on what actions we take now. For example I am a student. If I take the action of not putting in the extra effort into my studies the results I get are more or less predetermined ie. I'm not going to get the higher grades I would like thus not getting the ideal future I am hoping for. The other week I had a long night and had a bit to drink. The next morning I scratched up the hire car and lost my deposit, owch! This I reckon is the real meaning of Karma and having a predetermined life.

I am also not sayin the starving dying children made their lives like that. Unfortunatly this is the life they were born into and it is the rich and powerful that have predetermined their lives. What we can do I suppose is to try and support charities to give the poor a better life and maybe some education so that at least a small number of the poor can break through the poverty barrier and have some control over their own future.

Finally! A intelligent question about the worlds Starving Humanity. Mankind is totally responsible for the ghastly conditions of people without food and water. Governments would prefer to choose to spend millions for WAR. This is not Gods doing, but the decision of humans.

To blame God we'd have to prove his existence first, blame mankind its the right answer, cuz I think we all have everything we need to live happily, peacefully, and pretty well, things are not going the right way cuz we only think about ourselves even when we know that theres people suffering around the globe in every corner of every continent, plus we determine our lifes as we live them, I don´t think theres something like a destiny that cant be avoided, I think there's a destiny that changes it shape as we move in this world, those problems ur talkin' bout will end when we start to pay some more attention to others feelings and needs.

If my grammar is not quite right its cuz my native tongue its not english, sorry about that and have a good life bye bye.

Mankind is clearly to blame for whats going on.
The superpowers of the world are another reason, for they can make a positive contribution in helping ease the burden.
We are lucky and blessed to be born into a nation that has all the resources we need.
But if we do nothing then Satan has one.
Yes we may be blessed in where we are situated on the planet. So even more reason to help them in less developed lands.
It is us in developed lands that are causing most of the pollution and thus adding to their struggle. To blame God shows lack of wisdom. We must accept that most don't care enough to help people when they are most in need. Let me point out we shall all be judged according to what we have done. We read this in the bible under Romans 2(Gods judgement on sin)
I see people claiming to have Christian faith( Catholics), Yet they would sooner build monuments than help these people!
Did Jesus turn people away when they had no Food?
No he didn't he fed 5000, we read this in Mark 6:30-44.
Its so sad that people take the easy option out and post questions like this instead of doing something about it. Even if you don't have money to spare you can read the bible and learn to see whats write and whats wrong. To let anybody starve is wrong, those with pure hearts realise this.

Mankind. He gave us the responsibility to take care of the earth and rule over the living things. We have a responsibility to take care of our fellow man. Why are there so many people complaining about starving and dying children when they aren't getting up off their butts to do something?

You can't blame Satan without blaming his creator. As the former is a construct used to deny the true nature of humanity, and the latter appears to take no interest in worldly affairs, that leaves the politicians.

All famines are political. There is not, nor ever has been a famine that did not have a political solution. When people die it is because a failure of politics.

God does not exist for me, so mankind is to blame...in particular, the greed and selfish qualities. Most are self-interest and in it for personal gain, rather than the well being of all peoples of the earth.

Things that happen in life cause children to starve and die. Mankind is to blame when we sit by and just watch it happen.

Let us not forget Satan in this equation. He is behind a lot of it. I think man does the best he can to help people who are starving. And God, I think would be more compassionate toward a starving child than anyone. I have no explanation for it, but God will allow satan leeway for his works. Sometimes, I suspect it is to test our faith.

God grants us free will. Therefore the problems of the world are developed by humans. Look at the places where children are starving. Usually they have parents that are HIV/AIDS infected and die, have no birth control and produce many children, live in areas that are war torn and corrupt, and are usually uneducated.
