I live in the USA, and my fiancee lives in another country. We are halfway through the fiancee visa process, and I recently found out that she has phone conversations with another guy from the USA who is very fond of her and wants to be with her. Is this cheating on me? I don't know her feelings toward him, but I am pretty sure that she has not told him that she is engaged.

If she didn't tell him that she's engaged,i think that's because she's studying her chances with him..if i were you i wouldn't want to spend the rest of my life with someone simply because she didn't find a better option!

Always trust your gut. Before you consider that you're taking things too far, consider what SHE has done - how she has broken the unspoken code you had - by making you feel this way in the first place. Ask yourself why you're wondering this. Sounds like your feelings are founded. For all you know, she coudl be wanting to marry you to get to the States and get with this guy. Citizenship fraud is done all of the time, and I personally know two people who went through it.
It might not be cheating per se, but it's certainly duplicity if you had to pry or otherwise find out on your own without her being forthcoming about it. Especially if you think she's not told him about your engagement??!! Come on...
Also, think about it this way: if she's talking to this guy, not saying, "I'm engaged", and leading him on, what, perhaps, might she be doing to your emotions??

The best thing you can do is just ask. If you are going through all of this paper work and legal red tape for her to come to the US to marry you, you have a right to know what her intentions to this man are. Talking is not cheating in the physical sense but if she is not being honest with this man with regard to you and your relationship with her then you are looking at a potential cheater at least on an emotional level

she havent cheated but she might because there has to be something she has said to have this guy want to be with her you know something more than a friendly conversation you might want to ask her if she is really ready to be engaged or get married sounds like shes trying to play the field.

it seems as she's not offically cheating but going to cheat. First talk to her about it and if she denies it talk to someone close who knows what's going on. Until you find out the whole story then I say dump her. Find out the whole story before jumping to conclusions. If necessary try talking to the guy. He can help clear things for you.

if you know that the guy is fond of her you need to tell miss lady that is not acceptable for her to comminicate with this fellow and if she cant do that than you need to let her get to stepping it will only cause you heartache later and much ofyuor money but its all up to you you must look deep before you leap

Hmm, well at least if she's in another country, you know she's not PHYSICALLY doing anything with this other fella. However, if you're with someone, you should be WITH them 100%, you know? I really hope that she's not just using you to get to the states.

If she's talking with another guy, then have her choose. Don't bring her over if she's stringing you along. There are other women in the world that won't disrespect you.
In my opinon, you're already having doubts & insecurities ... cut your losses, and find another.
