Yes I think they do. I just got one and have used it religiously for two weeks and I've lost an inch off my waist. I work out though about 3 to 4 times a week. I believe you'll get better results if your combine the belt with cardio exercises and weight training.

No, no, no! They don't work, don't buy it, it's a gimmick. These are such a rip off, and they're making millions on them. The only thing that gets the abs in shape is this: exercise (cardio) ab exercises and watching what you eat.
avoid these foods, except for a couple times a week, just say no! cheeses, sodas, sweet treats, fried foods, fast food. Instead eat fruits, veggies, subway, deli meats, wheat breads, healthy choice, weight watchers frozen dinners, cook healthy foods!
If you need some ideas of healthy meals go to "healthy meals" and you'll find plenty!
