You've received plenty of good advice with the food. Yes, it is normal, you're exercising so your body is hungry! Your muscles are getting stronger, so they will require more calories. It's ok to eat, we in the business call it "grazing" we eat all day! Avoid these foods since you're working so hard, you don't want to put it all back on again. Only have these foods a couple of days a week: Cheeses, sodas, fried foods, fast foods, sweet treats. Just say no! Instead eat healthier. Subway is always good too.

Your body is manifesting food cravings and makes you think that it needs food when in reality, your body needs water, lots of it daily. The ideal number of water to drink daily is equivalent to dividing your body weight (in pounds) by 2. The answer will give you the number of ounces of water you need to drink daily. For example, if your weight is 160. Then your body needs 80 ounces or 10 glasses of water each day. If you're only taking 5 to 6 glasses of water daily (which most of us do), then your body is dehydrated. Once you drink the right amount of water daily, you will not have these food cravings as the water will help make you feel full and not hungry most of the time. If you need to know why, let me explain.
It seems that a habitually acid pH can directly cause immediate weight gain. Here's what happens when a system is too acid. A condition known as Insulin Sensitivity or Syndrome X results, which forces too much insulin to be produced, and the body is flooded with insulin so that it won't waste any calories, it diligently converts every calorie it can into fat.
It is thought that an acid pH immediately signals the powerful genetic response to an impending famine, directly interacting with the all important and very sensitive, Insulin- Glucagons Axis. This makes the body produce more insulin than usual, and in turn, produce more fat and store it. In general, the more insulin is available to the body, the higher the probability that fat will be produced and stored, rather than used and burned as energy.
Thus, an acid pH will probably alert the genetic response to famine, directing more insulin to be produced and storing more fat than usual. Conversely, a healthy, slightly alkaline pH, will be more likely to yield normal fat burning metabolic activity, making no demands on the body to overly produce insulin and make fat, allowing fat-weight to be burned and naturally lost.
If you drink too much water though, you need to replenish the critical minerals that the body needs. The best way to do this is to mix 24 ozs. of purified water with a natural and organic, enhanced mineral complex called xtreme x2o (coral calcium with 70 trace minerals). Xtreme X2O when dissolved in water will transform the solution with a pH of 9.9 (highly alkaline). This is what an acidic body needs to balance their body's pH and make it alkaline.
If you would like to know your body's pH, let me know. Please check out my free website:

If you eat the right foods then that is good, but the trick is to eat snacks or small portions of food during the day. for example you have a whole grain muffin and milk for breakfast then later have an apple then for lunch a low-fat turkey sandwich w/ a salad and some water, then yogurt later and spaghetti for dinner. Have smaller portions and you won't be so hungry and remember to drink water and your be good.

Eat the right foods, when you get hungry, instead of eatin chips or pizza eat fruits and vegetables... It's normal to get hungry when you begin to exercise because your body isn't use to burning that many calories... The foods you crave the most are the ones that will make you gain the most weight... For example, I crave sugary foods and carbs so for me to lose weight, I need to try to avoid those... My sister craves fatty foods, such as cheese, so if she wants to lose weight she should try to avoid those...
Good Luck!

Hi
You could try this option as it helps you with your calorie intake so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
good luck

yes this is normal because our body is like a car if it don't have gas it is not going to run and the more you use the car the more gas it needs so the body is the same and when you it don't eat fatten foods, avoid as much oil as you can try veggies, fruit, seeds, beans, etc remember to change what muscles you workout.

eating more is good, keeps your metabolism going. Plus if you're working out, then you're burning calories and your body needs fuel. Just eat the right foods (lots of fruits and veggies, less sugar and fats), and you'll get the nutrituion your body needs, and your work out won't be in vain.
Hey good for you! I keep struggling to get on a good workout plan, and stick to it. :)

Drink lots of water! The weight will come off slowly if you do this right. Make healthy choices and continue to exercise. You are doing everything right!
