I used nero burning rom to burn an AVI format video. the video is 50minutes long and 254mb. the problem is the video wouldn't burn. it says it's done the job after about 30 secs but when I check the cd it's still blank. please help me. thanx

Nero should be converting the video file from the avi to mpeg format. It might not be burning to the disc, because after converting the file, it becomes too big.

Nero should change it from an avi to mpg1 for VCD, and mpg2 for SVCD.
Have you tried converting the avi to mpg and burning it onto a CD as a file?
My DVD plays mpg files ok.
