ive already lost about 12 lbs
but i need to lose more
and i dont want to keep the same routine
because i want to lose more weight
and i cant wait 6 months to lose what i want
i dont want to lose like 50 lbs
i want to lose about 10-25 more


i just need some more tips on staying on track with my diets.
meal plan ideas. and excersizes i can do once it starts to get colder...

Well I am senior in high school also so I have this dilemma too. I am doing kick boxing, the treadmill is also good for the winter. I like yo also do boot camp style work out, but it;s kinda hard to do my routine while going to school. Best of Luck......Oh also try SparkPeople.com

There's this really good book called Toning for Teens by Joyce L. Vedral it has an exercise and diet plan and it's really simple and fast. You should check it out.

dont eat anything that hav fats . do some running u will get ur result soon
