If you want something fun I like a flirtini - 1 oz Vodka (I prefer Level), 2 oz Champagne, and 2 oz pineapple juice. I usually make it in a pitcher and then pour over ice. If you want something more serious try a vodka dirty martini. I again prefer Level Vodka, but I also like Ciroc, Kettle One, Grey Goose, Ivanobitch and Three Olives Vodka (in that order). Anyway it's 3 oz vodka (or gin) 1 oz Dry Vermouth, 1/2 oz Olive Juice and however many olives you want. I am also a huge gin and tonic fan. I actually usually just get Seagram's with lime and diet off brand tonic.
