Think its a bit thin; are you running in the desert?
If you are anorexic; your heart can give out on you; like Karen Carpenter;...your heart is made of muscle; and your body right now is eating away your heart;

The minimum desirable weight for a 5'6" woman with a small build is 115 to 120 lbs. You are considerably thinner than that and it can be dangerous to your health.
I think I know why no one believes you when you tell them you aren't anorexic.
What does your doctor have to say about it? He's the expert.

90 lbs. and 5'6"? I'm sorry but that IS pretty anorexic. I mean.. if you're 5'6" you should be in the 120 range. That's the normal weight. Not 90 pounds.

90 lbs at that height is way underweight. Consume more calories on a daily basis and dont run everyday!

Wow, textbook wise you should be around 130lbs, because 5 feet starts at 100lbs, adding 5lbs more to every inch, thats how hospitals do it. For guys its 7lbs per inch. You really need to add alot more nutrition into your diet, especially protein if your that light and tall.

At 90 pounds, you are far underweight, its not healthy, Stop running so much, and eat more protein and carbs. Because that IS anorexia. Whether you admit it or not.

Go see a doctor. When he gives you a clean bill of health, no one will be able to argue with you that you are too skinny!

Try eating a lil more, even if you do eat, but because you run you might not be eating enough and not even know it...
