hmmm... i think if your meant to see the person again it will happen. Fate brings two people together. Just chill out and relax and don`t think too much off the person. Was he or she drop dead gorgeous?

Do you live in a UK city? You could put an ad in the Metro free newspaper, they have a section for that. Alternatively, an ad in your local paper, like Desperately Seeking Susan. And pray. A lot.

Just go to the same place you saw the person at, and every day and see if you ever see the same person again. =D

do you know anything about this person? name, last name...adress...the street
maybe you can stay at that street and wait until you see that perso or ask people in near shops if they know him/her
