Don't make him kiss you, kiss him instead! Guys are under a lot of pressure to always be the ones to make the move and risk being rejected, try it out. If you just can't muster up the courage, flirt with him. You know, wink at him, touch his arm, brush against him lightly, smile, let your foot touch him and don't move it etc.etc.etc.

I think you shoud flirt a lot with him first that way you would have a better chance kissing him. Or you could write him a note that could say something like "wanna kiss now" or "hey hotty kiss me" or lastly you could saiy "lean next to my lips for a present" and then kiss him. Most of the time the note works. he should love it!!!!

Flirt, but don't act like a ditz. Smile a lot, draw attention to your lips, maybe apply lip gloss, pop in a mint, make eye contact, sit close to him, or touch him in some innocent flirty way etc.
You could always kiss him...

i'm a guy but trust me if he thinks ur pretty and likes u go 2 any movie and make the move yourself...trust me he'll go for it if u make the move .....i know most men would...at least 99.9% would if u make the move and come at him with the kiss...trust me!!
