Zanfel works like a charm $36 a tube and you wash the poison righ toff. No need for steriods. IT WORKS Never had a patient come back and tell me that it didnt' work and never returned for more steriods either... And I tell them to call if it doesn' twork and I will call in steriods...
Google it and find a pharmacy close to you that sells it.

I saw this on TV, get some baking soda, put it on water, and apply it to your sore. This will relieve your pain very rapidly

Try aloe vera...from the plant, not the fake stuff in the bottle.
