And does anyone know if sherbert ice cream is considered sugar free or fat free, thats what i heard.

Anything that is not processed or man made. Not sure about the sherbet, but read the label it will tell you.

The more natural the food...the better it is for you. If you are talking abt pre-made meals/foods, then Weight Watchers meals are the best among the lot.

In most cases, sherbert ice cream is fat free but not necessarily sugar free unless it says so on the carton.
