Would you mind too much if I offered you some unsolicited advice? Please don't give your kittens away for free. There are people who collect free animals, promise the owners they will give the pets a good home, and then proceed to sell them to laboratories for experimentation. It's perfectly legal, too.
If you request a small adoption fee (even $25 is fine) it will discourage people like that. You also might want to check the potential adopter's vet references (to make sure they take care of their existing animals) or personal references to make sure that they will take care of the pet. If you really like the adopter, you can always waive the adoption fee, but advertising with a fee will discourage those who mean your kittens harm. Also, if a person can't pay $25 for a kitten, how will they afford food, vet care, etc?
It won't cost much to run a newspaper ad, or you could advertise on Petfinder.com classifieds. If you have a really low budget, you could post up handwritten flyers with pictures of the kittens for sale.
Hope this helps, and have a wonderful day!

Also, kittens need to be at least 8 weeks old before they leave their mom, and will need to be eating solid foods before you find homes for them. It's really important that they stay with their mom for that long, because they learn how to be a cat by watching their mother.

Hi there...consider using a free online classified service such as Craigslist. (http://kansascity.craigslist.org/pet//).... It's free to list and use the service. When you post your ad request for a low fee (like $15-30) rather than for free. The reason is that many people have found there unsavoury people who take free animals to use either as research or as bait for their dogs or even worse, which is very upsetting. Request that you would like to conduct a couple follow up home visit inspections months apart so you know your kitty will not be abused or sold to someone else as well.

UPDATE: I just re-read your post...you'll need to wait at least another 3/4 weeks before you can give the kittens away. This is mandated by state laws in the US by the ASPCA or you could be legally fined, which is quite large.

THOSE ARE TOO YOUNG to even think about giving away yet!! They need to be at least 6 weeks old before you wean them! That is just plain animal cruelty, I really hope that 3 was a typo. If not I hope someone does get your address and reports you to the SPCA or HS

i hope your planning ahead because 3 weeks old is way too young to be sold off, even if your bottle feeding them yourself!! if you do sell them before theyre at least 7 weeks old you could face a fine of up to $17000 or a year in jail

I wouldn't suggest getting rid of the kittens before they are eight weeks old

I am looking for a white or black persian. Sorry, I am in PA. Please be careful about giving your address out over the internet. Good luck in finding homes for your babies.
