I am pretty sure that the vert leads are the green and white, the colours are standard ( more or less ) like the the audio video wires are yell red and white. any way disconnect the the green and whit wires and switch on , if they are the vert wires then you will have vertical collapse or a horizontal line across the screen , any thin different and you have selected the wrong ones, if you have the vert collapse then simply reverse them and lo and behold the pic will then be upside down, note if you reverse the horizontal wires then the pic will be inside out or mirror fashion . oh the red wire which is the thickest is deff horizontal !! so do not touch that one as it connects directly to the collector of the line amp transistor and carries about 5kv at 15khz and delivers a nice little burn to your finger if you touch it !! good luck !!
Megan I didn`t think of the plug and the spacing ! I must be getting old ! If the horiz wires are also reversed then the pic will also br inside out won`t it ?

According to the specs for your TV, the following audio/video inputs are available:

Audio/Video Inputs (Composite)
1 L&R Audio, 1 Video

S-Video Input
1

The audio connectors are usually white/red (left/right) and the video is yellow. There are no green or blue wires.

If you are referring to the internal wiring of the set, there is no way to tell from your description what wire does what without the set's service manual and schematic diagram. To turn the picture upside down, you have to reverse the wires to the deflection yoke on the outside of the tube, but without a schematic, you cannot tell which wire goes to the horiz or vert deflection coil. (The yoke is usually fully enclosed.)

I'm sure you are talking about the yoke wires. The plug is going to have two thicker wires on one side and they are going to be farther apart then the skinnier two on the other side of the plug. The thicker two are the horizontal (reverse them) and the thinner ones are the vertical (reverse them). When you have the plug disconnected you can confirm you are doing this correctly by checking continuity between the wires you are reversing. Each set will read very low ohms between them and open between each other (vertical and horizontal windings are independent from each other).
