1) Real Estate Agent
2) County Office
Contact either of them, give the property add of infact just the zip code and home value and they can let you know about the tax value of the house.

Most counties have this information available via a website. Do a Yahoo search like this "name of county" state property appraiser
and you should get a link to get the information you desire.
