honey, there are no guarantee's in life.... except that one day you will die! enjoy the time you have with him, and don't stress questions like this... but if you want some clarity if you must... think of this, what is love to you? maybe ask him the same.... the re-ask yourself this question... you will know better then anyone here!

if in public he's has no problem like holdin' your hand or hugging you close and always showing caring than he loves you. If the only time he's caring is in bed....then thats a different story

If he, holds you hand, honors you, respect syou, admires you, willing to put up with your flaws, over looks your shortcomings and loves you anyway.

you just kind of know! i dont know how to explain it but trust me, you will know if he truly loves you! its like he would do anything for you and he would pick you over all his friends!!!!
